US-Pro-Israeli Christian groups sue the Albanese of UN unpolved about “malicious lies”
Two pro-Israeli US groups have sued the UN special rapporteur because of the suspected defamation and defamation about the Palestinians and claimed that Francesca Albanese tried to harm them because of their support for Israel.
The plaintiffs in the case against Albanese-The-Die have a history of anti-Semitic and decisive Israeli statements-become Christian friends of Israeli communities and Christians for Israel USA, two non-profit organizations in the USA.
In the lawsuit at a federal court in Colorado, in which Christian friends of the Israeli communities are based, the two groups, Albanese “common malicious lies” said to damage their reputation and financial well -being based on their support for Israel.
In April, Albanese sent letters to the two groups in which they require “gross human rights violations, the immediate attitude”, war crimes against humanity and apartheid, according to the lawsuit.
In the letters, the plaintiffs were “serious risk of being involved in international crimes”.

The lawsuit contained copies of the letters, which accused the non -profit organizations of supporting illegal settlement activities, supporting the Israeli military, refusing the Palestinians the right to self -determination and supporting the illegal annexation of the Palestinian country.

The letters showed a response from Leo Terrell, the head of a Task Force for anti -Semitism in the US Justice Ministry, who warned Albanese that their actions are wrong and defamatory, the lawsuit said.
Week later, Albanese published a UN report in which the two Christian groups were attacked.
The report states that the groups and others should be punished by governments, courts and the public. It demanded that the non -profit organizations hire all the activities associated with “crimes against the Palestinian people”, repeatedly examined Palestinians, are examined by international and US authorities and are subject to a boycott.
In the lawsuit it was claimed that Albanese made the statements, knew that they were wrong, which would represent defamation and defamation.
The lawsuit said Albanese claimed immunity as an UN, but argued that she had made the defaming comments outside of her official duties.

Albanese has a story of anti -Semitism and extremist rhetoric towards Israel and was sanctioned by the US government.
In July, the United States imposed their sanctions against them and accused them of “political and economic warfare” against the USA and Israel.
US Foreign Minister Marco Rubio said that the step had been undertaken in view of “her illegitimate and shameful efforts to cause international criminal jurisdiction against US and Israeli civil servants, companies and managers”.
In June, the Trump government wrote a letter to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, who asked him to remove Albanese from her post, and claimed “virulent anti-Semitism and support for terrorism”.

Albanese, an Italian citizen, regularly accuses Israel of genocide in Gaza and said that the massacre on October 7, 2023 in Israel must be imposed in a “context of decades of oppression of the Palestinians”. It was heard from both the bids and the Trump administration.
Albanese said that the “Jewish lobby” controls the United States, repeated Israelis compared to the Nazis, anti -Semitic motivations for Hamas on October 7 on October 7, Israel rejected Israeli security concerns, convicted Israel -Terror -Schotter -Hierstilfe.
