Reuters reveals drugmakers will hike prices on at least 350 drugs in the US in January

Reuters exclusively announced that drugmakers including Pfizer Inc, GlaxoSmithKline PLC, Bristol Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca PLC and Sanofi SA plan to raise prices for more than 350 unique drugs in the United States in early January. The hikes are expected to come as the industry prepares for the Biden administration’s anti-inflation bill, which will allow the government to directly negotiate the prices of some drugs beginning in 2026.
