Prince Harry says Prince William beat him in the fight for Meghan Markle

Prince Harry claims tension with Prince William about his wife Megan Markle reaches a physical boiling point.

In quotes published by The Guardian from Harry’s forthcoming memoir, Spare, the Duke of Sussex – who married Meghan in 2018 – claims his relationship with his older brother took a drastic turn at his home in London the year after their union .

According to the outlet, Harry wrote that William wanted to talk about “the whole rolling disaster” of their personal relationship and struggles with the press. However, by the time William arrived at Nottingham Cottage, Harry said his brother was already “red hot”.

Harry wrote that the two exchanged words and that the confrontation “happened so quickly.”

“So very quickly,” Harry continued. “He grabbed my collar, ripped off my chain and threw me to the ground. I landed on the dog bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there dazed for a moment, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”
