Louvre Robbery: Company owned by Yaakov Peri to help with the investigation
Investigators of the robbery at the Louvre Museum in Paris have asked external companies to assist in the investigation to prevent a cover-up and rule out possible links between the investigating officers and the perpetrators of the robbery, as reported on Ynet.
According to the report, among the companies hired to participate in the investigation is CGI Group, led by former Shin Bet boss Yaakov Peri. The company had previously investigated the “billion dollar heist” in Germany in 2019, in which jewelry and diamonds worth 113 million euros were stolen from a museum in Dresden.
