“Eliminating Hamas” Ra’ad Sa’ad Responds to Injury to IDF Troops”

A joint statement from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz said: “In response to the detonation of a Hamas explosive device that injured our forces today in the Yellow Zone of the Gaza Strip, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz ordered the elimination of terrorist Ra’ad Sa’ad, head of Hamas’ Force Development Directorate.”

“Sa’ad was one of the architects of the October 7 massacre and has recently been involved in rebuilding the terrorist organization, planning and executing attacks against Israel, and restoring an offensive capability, in blatant violation of the ceasefire conditions and Hamas’s commitments to respect President Trump’s plan.”

“Instead of promoting demilitarization, he worked on arming for terrorist attacks.”

The statement stressed: “Anyone who raises a hand against Israel and harms IDF soldiers will have their hand cut off – whether in Gaza or elsewhere.”

“On behalf of all Israeli citizens, the Prime Minister and the Defense Minister wish our wounded fighters a speedy recovery.”
